Port Melbourne field a number of teams at the U12 level each season. The players are graded into either A, B or C grade. C grade players are players who are playing with a hard ball for the first time. A and B grade are usually top age (11 years) players who have played with a hard ball previously.

Age cut-off	Must be under 12 as at 31 August
Training Days	Date and Time: Wednesday:  4:30 PM to 5:30 PM Location:  Port Melbourne Cricket Ground
Match Days	Saturdays: 9 AM start
Season Dates	October to February
Match Format	One Days: 20-20 Two Days: 40-40 split innings format across two Fridays
Required Gear Some gear available from club	Helmet Pads Box Protector (Recommended to have their own gear. Club can provide shared gear if required)
Required Apparel	Blue KIDS SS Polo (Provided) Cream Pants KIDS Port Melbourne CC Hat
Parent Involvement	Parents support the program through volunteering to be coaches and team managers.  Please let the club know if you would like to take on one of these roles for the team.
